Some bridges are simply more beautiful than others…
Any bridge is important. Bridging the gap between two sides moves everything, and everybody, forward.
But calm bridges are the best. Beautiful bridges are even better.
I am committed to helping you build the most beautiful bridge possible in your circumstances–one that not only spans the distance but one that is equally strong reaching out from the other side as from your side. That is what makes a bridge functional as well as beautiful to look at. Bridges have to be strong and solid on both sides.
My role and my goal in your mediation are the same. I provide a thoughtful, safe space for reasonable minds to meet. I foster a creative atmosphere and encourage growth in the process. And in the final tally, I strive to always remember that fairness doesn’t necessarily mean meeting in the middle. It means meeting in a place where reasonable minds can touch in an agreement that works.
Peaceful resolution is seldom perfect. But it far surpasses ongoing conflict.
